One of the most convenient ways to get your cooked country ham. To insure a tender, delicious flavor our ham is cooked slowly by our twenty-four hour method. Moisture lost during ageing is recaptured during this process. Since the butt and shank portion were removed from the ham prior to cooking, only the choice center remains. After the ham is cooked, the remaining bone is removed and the ham is trimmed, leaving nothing but the best to eat.
(Note: We leave the bone in during cooking because we think it adds to the flavor.)

Southern Smokehouse Ham
This is our most popular country cured ham. It's so mouth watering that one bite demands another. And according to many who have had it, it is the finest eating there is. It has been sugar cured and aged for four to six months and slowly smoked with hickory to a golden brown. It has that characteristic and delicious country flavor but it is milder than our one year old hams. Enjoy our great Country Hams a little at a time for a long time. You can fry it, broil it, bake it, or boil it. You can eat it for breakfast, dinner and in sandwiches for lunch. You can eat your ham as you want, and remain assured that the last slice will be just as good as the first.
