Karem's triangle is a deliciously marinated seasoned beef tri-tip.

  • Marinated with our own special marinade

  • Vacuum tumbled and vacuum sealed

  • Grill - 15 to 20 minutes on each side for medium rare

  • Bake at 425 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes for medium rare

  • Minimum 2 week shelf life and then frozen until used
